What is National Soup?

  • The National Soup can be clear or thick soup.
  • This soup has specific ingredients, special cooking methods from the origin of the country, and then the soup is introduced to the outside world so that it becomes famous in the hotel or restaurant.

  1. Turtle soup is NOT a soup in England it may have been in the 1600's but no longer. Pea and HAM soup is the traditional soup for England.
