5. Croque Monsieur, French

9. Shawarma, Middle East
- Shawarma is a dish in Middle Eastern cuisine consisting of thinly sliced meat, stacked in a cone-like shape, and roasted on a slowly-turning vertical rotisserie or spit.
- Originally made of lamb or mutton, but this time shawarma may also be chicken, turkey, beef, or veal.

10. Döner Kebab, Germany
- Döner Kebab is a type of kebab, the most common street food in Berlin.
- The origin of Turkish
- Made from seasoned meat stacked in the shape of an inverted cone is turned slowly on the rotisserie, next to a vertical cooking element. The outer layer is sliced into thin shavings as it cooks.
- The vertical rotisserie was invented in the 19th-century Ottoman Empire, and doner kebab inspired similar dishes such as the Arab shawarma, Greek gyros, and Mexican al pastor.
- The main ingredients: Thinly sliced meat (beef, veal, or chicken), onion, lettuce, red cabbage, yogurt, tomato ketchup, or hot sauce, sometimes mayonnaise.

11. Gyros, Greek
- Gyros is a Greek dish made from thinly sliced meat cooked on a vertical rotisserie.

12. Pastrami Sandwich, New York, US
- New York Pastrami Sandwich is a classic sandwich made famous in the Jewish kosher delicatessens of New York City. It was first created in 1888 by Sussman Volk, who served it at his deli on Delancey Street in New York City.
- NY Pastrami is generally made from the navel end of the brisket.

13. Po Boy, US
- Po' boy Sandwich is a traditional sandwich from Louisiana. It almost always consists of meat, which is usually roast beef or fried seafood, often shrimp, crawfish, fish, oysters, or crab.
- Ingredients: Fried shellfish or Fried fish, lettuce, tomato, mayonnaise, and tomato ketchup as dressing.

15. Torta/ Tortas, Mexico
- Torta is a kind of Mexican sandwich.
- Depending on the region, this is called a bolillo, telera, birote, or pan francés.
- Tortas can be eaten cold or hot and grilled or toasted in a press in the same manner as a Cuban sandwich.
- Torta Mexicana can be filled with a wide variety of ingredients including different types of meats and cheeses with beans, avocado, peppers, onion, etc.

17. Roti Bakar, Indonesia
